Arsene Wenger: It would be suicidal for Arsenal superstar to do this
The Arsenal boss has spoken in strong terms after the South American side made it clear they wanted the forward to feature in their upcoming World Cup qualifier against Uruguay.
Sanchez picked up a nine-milometre tear in his hamstring during training earlier this week.
And Wenger is desperate to get Sanchez back to England to be assessed by his staff rather than be risked for Chile on Tuesday.
"I believe that with a hamstring injury we have to get access for our medical staff to the MRI scan to see what grade it is, how bad it is and make absolutely sure they don’t make any suicidal decision that could harm his future for two or three months.
