As we all know, the theme for the 2016 Met Gala was Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology. While we expected most people to show up in some version of a gold or silver number, Kanye West really decoded the theme in a way only West could. Others around him wore tuxedos, white suits—Zayn Malik even wore RoboCop arms! But Kanye? Kanye wore jeans.
